National Teaching Plan

Details
We run most Monday, Wednesday and Thursday mornings in the school holidays.
We offer both 3 day crash courses and private lessons with both male and female staff.
We offer armband classes (complete beginners in armbands), and stage 1-3 of the National teaching plan crash courses.
Stage 1 - No armbands 2-5m unaided.
Stage 2 - No aids 5-10m unaided.
Stage 3 - No aids 10-25m unaided.
Any ability covered in private lessons also diving and tumble turns, including National teaching plan stages 1-10.
All sessions are 30 minutes in duration.
Prices
- 3 day crash course: 3 x 30 minutes sessions with the same teacher £28.
- 2 day bank holiday course: £20.
- Private lessons: £24 per session which can cover stage 1 through to stage 10 and tumble turns, dive starts or simply for a nervous beginner.
